Little brat doesn't know how to learn at school

I have a brother who's 13 in half a year and he's going to high school next fall. But his grade are as bad a the baddest sht I've ever seen. You guys know that I'm not that stupid when I was in primary school. But he's stupid as fk. If my dad or I go ask him about school, he just turn his head, make some weird sound and melt on the couch. There's no communication at all. We see him hang around the house like a zombish slob not doing anything except watching video. One day I even caught him watching porn. WTF kids these days have access to everything and the best they manage to do is to watch porn??? It's like their brains are degraded and it doesn't require much to make them happy. Just watch some weird dudes online who think that their stupid jokes are funny. They are fk not funny!!!

If we were in China, then it's easy. Just slap him in the butt. But since it's "illegal" here (stupid fk americans), what do you do to kids like this, who upon any sign of threat would yell at you saying that he'll call the police? My neighbors are even suspicious about us. I need some advice, please!

You know why they prohibit physical punishment? It's because they are too dumb to set their limits. They see that they cannot control themselves, so they said why not avoid all this together?

This is similar to the spanking debate that we had a long time ago. Spirit, you were apparently for spanking. Why are you hesitating now?

In either case, I can tell that you have tried your best to pull your little brother back to the right path. Yet, one conclusion we can all agree is the inevitable truth that he hates you and your parents. Not simply he doesn't give a sht to what you said or do to him, he also wishes the fk out of you. He's tired of your nagging and orders. He just want to live his life and do the things he likes.

Unless someone else (who appears to be on the same boat as him) intervenes, your case is hopeless.

I have some problems with my sister too but she's more manageable. I think what's important in child education is to try to be at their place and understand why they did the thing that you weren't expecting them to do. Children often don't understand the world as we understand it, so it takes time to really make them realize that parents and siblings are there to protect, teach and love them unconditionally.

It's too late for Spirit to show to his brother his unconditional love (even if his brother likes guys). The two have build up too much hatred that no peaceful talk can resolve their problem. You need to let him go and experience his own life. He can only learn by experience or from other people than you and your parents now.

Would you let your child go like that? I don't think his parents are willing to do that. What he will learn will also be worse. Because a child needs love, and at this age, he naturally gets it from his parents and siblings.

At this point, I don't think I can just change in one night and become caring and gentle to him. Not that I don't see that possible, I just cannot do that. It's not a part of my personality. I'm crude and mean to my big bother too. It's the family tradition. My big bro was mean to me, so I was mean to my small bro. I do hit both of them sometime (if not often). Unfortunately, my little bro is just more mean than both of his big bros.

All I am saying is that Spirit should mingle less about his brother's life. Why don't just let him watch YouTube and porn? The more you oppose the more he'll be tempted.

Spirit, you lack love in yourself because of your big brother, that's why you put all those hatred onto your little brother. Your little brother is bearing all the hatred form you and your big brother, and he has no smaller siblings to pass the hatred on. Can you feel how difficult that it? So you cannot just let him be because all the bad energy have been passed to him and he has nowhere to put it, so he'll eventually use it to bad things if you don't heal him.
