School uniform [250 words essay]

The design for education
One color, one style, one community! The school uniform is the perfect clothing for students who always compare to each other. No need to worry about differences, because you’re wearing is the same ugliness as your colleagues.
Some kids are superficial. In fact, they always compare to others. They think that what they wear is symbolic to their statue. Kids who wear expensive or branded cloths might think they are beautiful, rich or superior, and might have prejudice toward other kids who wear cheap or unbranded cloths.
In high school, that’s the puberty time! Kids develop their mind to a point where they consider that wearing is also an important manner that can help them to attract their opposite. Girls tend to wear shorter cloths while boys tend to descent their pants. That’s why school uniform is essential – in order to keep everyone focus on learning.
School uniform is ugly sometimes, but it’s beneficent for the harmony betweens students. Kids cannot compare their cloths anymore. They can’t see if others are poor or rich, in our out-fashioned, because they are wearing the same thing as everyone else. Furthermore, with school uniform, they don’t need to worry about what to dress or how to dress each morning.
To keep our kids away from intimidation and prejudice, school must give them official uniforms. Many kind of style exist, we only need to find the one that our kids can cope with. However, even if they don’t like, decisions are orders!

Simple, slight, with some mistakes.
Some explanations are not clear enough.
Perfect word counting, though.

Conformism is a term used to describe the suspension of an individual's self-determined actions or opinions in favour of obedience to the mandates or conventions of one's peer-group, or deference to the imposed norms of a supervening authority.
- Spoiler:
- One manifestation of conformism emerges in the practice of "going along and getting along" with people who appear to be more powerful. Conformism holds that individuals and small groups do best by blending in with their surroundings and by doing nothing eccentric or out-of-the-ordinary in any way.
By definition, conformism presents the antithesis both of creativity and of innovative leadership, and hence opposes change and/or progress itself. Authoritarian institutions (such as military organizations) tend to glorify and reinforce conformism within their ranks, as do many large corporations.
One view of innovation stresses the importance of outward or grand-scale conformism. Since open and extreme rebels get incarcerated or killed, according to this theory, effective change may require minor, incremental acts of a non-conforming nature.
